The specific third parties we work with include Moe Engage (marketing tool & analytics), HubSpot, Microsoft Azure data warehouse, Twilio, Adjust, Firebase, Amity (community management), and Kissflow. These third parties assist with data storing, communications, push notifications, analytics, and user activity. All of these third parties comply with GDPR regulations.
5. International Data Transfers
We may transfer your personal data to countries outside the DIFC. When we do so, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data. These safeguards include standard contractual clauses of Data Protection or other legally accepted mechanisms to ensure your data is adequately protected.

MOON APP has implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical, and physical controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard personal information. If you want to delete your data from MOON APP, you can remove your information by following these steps:
Go to your Account Settings.
Click on “Delete your Account.”
Confirm the warning message.
Congratulations, your data will be removed from our database within 10 days.
